Mark you calendar to attend the Eastern Vascular Society's 2010 24th Annual Meeting to be held at the New York Hilton Hotel, September 30 - October, 2, 2010.

As you know, the Eastern Vascular Society is the largest regional vascular society in the US with over 500 members who are vascular surgeons representing both major academic medical centers and community hospitals in the Eastern part of the US and Canada. One of our major goals this year is to try to be a more industry friendly society and give the exhibitors more exposure to the surgeons of the Eastern Vascular Society.

This year's meeting will feature:

Vascular Lab Interpretation Course
Issue Program
Vascular Jeopardy Game

Plans are being formulated to provide companies with free time on Thursday evening following the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall to meet with colleagues and physicians attending the meeting in an informal setting.

The fee for exhibiting will be confirmed in the Exhibit Prospectus to be mailed in May. The Society is also offering companies an opportunity to participate as educational sponsors at the Gold level for $7,500 and Silver level for $5,000. To abide by ACCME guidelines, these fees do not include the exhibit fees.

The Exhibitor Prospectus and other information will be available in April. We understand that your support is instrumental in keeping the society active and relevant to the vascular specialists the Eastern Vascular Society and we appreciate your support and participation.
